What a weekend spent with wonderful people!
This weekend, we participated in NRK Østfold’s Anniversary Event, with an exhibition on Friday and Saturday, and a Working Test on Sunday.
Friday’s results:
Dewmist Blizzard (Olvingvay Soothsayer – Dewmist Storm ‘n’ Blizzard): 1st in the Working Class, 2nd Best Male, CC, BOB Working Class, and BIS 4 Working Class.

Sunrunner Lollapalooza (Dutch Consultation Downforce – Sunrunner Remember Me): 1st in Junior, 3rd Best Bitch, BOB Junior, and BIS 3 Junior. and CC!!!!!
Dancewood Lonesome Traveler (Dewmist Double Jeopardy- Dancewood I Fly With You)
1st in Intermediate and BOS Intermediate.
Saturday’s results:
Dewmist Blizzard: 1st in Working Class, BOB Working, and BIS 2 Working.
Sunrunner Lollapalooza: 3rd in Junior.
Dancewood Charlotte De Witte:(Dewmist Double Jeopardy- Dancewood Lex Take A Selfie)
Shortlisted in a large Open Class.
On Sunday, we ventured deep into the forests of Østfold to participate in the Working Test. A total of four dogs, either owned or bred by us, took part. The results weren’t outstanding, but we had a great time and now have a better idea of what we need to work on.
The best result was from Dewmist Blizzard, with 52 points. Dancewood Charlotte De Witte was on track to pass but missed out on the last station. Dancewood Lonesome Traveler and Sunrunner Lollapalooza were clearly tired after two days of exhibitions.
However, we are incredibly proud to have four Golden Retrievers from ‘show lines’ participating in hunting tests.”
